UK Delivery Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Certain products qualify for free UK shipping — this will be shown at checkout where applicable.

International Delivery We ship worldwide. Standard international delivery is £19.99. Certain products qualify for free worldwide shipping — this will be confirmed at checkout.

Tearoom Pickup Selected products are available for collection in person from Hettie's Tearoom, 93 Atholl Road, Pitlochry, PH16 5AB. Choose "Tearoom Pickup" at checkout — there is no charge for this option.

Delivery Times We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs clearance delays.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be applied by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
